Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unused drinkware in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
